IJCCI 2026

IJCCI 2026, the 18th International Joint Conference on Computational Intelligence, takes place from October 28 to 30, 2026 in Angers, France. Organised by INSTICC, it brings together researchers, engineers and practitioners working across fuzzy computation, evolutionary computation and neural computation.

The 2026 edition reflects where the field is heading, with dedicated tracks on explainable AI and on agentic and generative techniques in intelligent computational systems. The program combines keynote lectures, technical paper sessions, workshops, special sessions, tutorials, demos and panels, plus a doctoral consortium for early-career researchers.

IJCCI runs alongside several co-located conferences including ICINCO, CoopIS, WEBIST, IC3K and IN4PL, and one registration gives free access to all of them as a non-speaker. The program is led by chairs from the University of Paris-EST Creteil, Leiden University and the University of Pisa. For researchers in computational intelligence, it is one of the autumn’s key European venues.
