AuxoAI has raised $20.7 million in a Series A round led by NTTVC to scale its forward-deployed model for enterprise AI. The San Francisco Bay Area company announced the round on October 20, 2026, after more than three years of working with large enterprises on production AI systems.
AuxoAI was founded in 2023 by Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh and Kabir Singh. The company says its team has worked with more than 40 clients across manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare, telecom and other industries.
A delivery model built on site
AuxoAI does not sell a standalone tool and leave customers to deploy it. Its Forward Deployed Experts combine strategists and engineers who work alongside a customer team to understand how work actually happens in the business.
Those teams capture enterprise context, identify processes that can be redesigned with AI and build production systems that staff actually use. The aim is to close the gap between a promising pilot and a system that delivers measurable results in daily operations.
At the centre of the model is Damia, a proprietary workbench for forward-deployed engineers. AuxoAI says Damia codifies intelligence from earlier enterprise deployments so new projects can move faster and reuse what previous teams learned.
What the new capital will fund
The Series A will expand AuxoAI’s global forward-deployed talent and deepen investment in proprietary technology and AI-native delivery capabilities. The company also plans to scale its strategic ecosystem and its presence with large enterprise customers.
Earlier in 2026, AuxoAI was selected as an AI Pureplay Partner for the Gemini Enterprise Transformation program, part of Google’s $750 million investment in enterprise AI deployment. The company is also an AWS advanced-tier partner.
Strategic names join the round
The round brings three strategic investors and advisers onto the cap table. George Still Jr. is Partner Emeritus at Norwest Venture Partners and a longtime Workday board member.
Amit Zavery is President, Chief Product Officer and Chief Operating Officer at ServiceNow. Giacomo Sonnino is Managing Director at Charlesbank Capital Partners and former Chief Operating Officer of QuantumBlack North America.
Our vision is to build a new kind of AI company, one that combines human expertise, enterprise context and engineering to stay with the problem from the first idea through measurable outcomes in production.
That statement came from co-founders Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh and Kabir Singh in the funding announcement.
We are excited to lead Auxo’s Series A funding round because we believe they can build an enduring leader in AI services.
That statement came from Vab Goel, Founding Partner at NTTVC, in the same announcement.
Early traction with large customers
AuxoAI names healthcare technology company athenahealth and restaurant chain Fogo de Chao among the organisations using its work. Its teams focus on operations, adoption, productivity and customer engagement rather than on demos alone.
The funding gives a services-led AI company room to grow its delivery teams while building reusable software around them. For large enterprises, the test will be whether that combination turns more pilots into production systems that last.
