Hong Kong-based Omnichat has raised US$10 million in a Series A round to scale its platform of AI agents for marketing, sales and customer service.
The round was led by Openspace Capital, with participation from Darwin Ventures and Acorn Pacific Ventures. Omnichat said the money will fund its Agentic AI platform, deepen research on its Omni AI Agents and support global expansion.
Agents that work inside the chat
Omnichat launched its Omni AI Agents suite in 2026. The suite covers the three jobs that fill a brand’s messaging inbox.
Its AI Marketing Agent builds customer segments and generates full messaging campaigns from a single prompt. Its AI Sales Agent recommends products and closes orders without leaving the chat window.
The AI Customer Service Agent resolves customer enquiries around the clock. A fourth tool, OmniClaw, acts as an AI business analyst that tracks chat trends, customer behaviour and revenue down to individual stores.

Early traction with brands
OmniClaw was taken up by around 300 brands within two months of its June launch, according to the company. Use of the Marketing Agent tripled over the same period.
Omnichat says more than 5,000 brands use its platform and that those clients have generated over US$100 million in revenue through it. The platform runs across WhatsApp, LINE, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WeChat, KakaoTalk and TikTok.
Unlike shared inbox tools that only gather messages in one place, Omnichat ties marketing, sales and service to a single customer profile. It also attributes revenue back to the conversation, including purchases finished in physical stores.
From conversational commerce to AI commerce
“This Series A marks an important step as we transition from conversational commerce to AI-driven commerce,” said Alan Chan, Founder and CEO of Omnichat.
Chan said traditional messaging tools still need heavy human effort to drive sales. Omnichat argues its agents let enterprises sell, market and support customers around the clock, and that the new investors give it support to scale across Asia Pacific and beyond.
Openspace Capital is a Singapore-headquartered multi-strategy asset manager focused on Southeast Asia. Its earlier investments include GoTo, Kredivo and TradeGecko.
Omnichat is a Meta Business Partner, an official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider and a LINE Biz-Solutions Tech Partner. It plans to use the Series A capital to grow its market presence globally from its existing footprint across Asia Pacific.
