Rivo AI has launched two WhatsApp assistants for Singapore property agents that answer buyer and tenant enquiries in seconds and book viewings without an agent lifting a finger at the first step.
The Singapore company says its Viewing Agent runs on an agent’s existing WhatsApp Business number and replies in under five seconds, day or night. It gathers budget, property preferences and purchase timeline before scheduling a viewing through Google Calendar.
Two agents with separate jobs
The Viewing Agent talks to buyers and renters, qualifies them and hands over only when a human touch is needed. A second tool, the Agent Assistant, talks only to the agent, sending a daily briefing, booking alerts and conversation updates.
“Buyers expect an answer in minutes, not hours. Agents aren’t ignoring them on purpose; they are juggling hundreds of conversations on their own.”
Raja Ahmed Shuja, Founder and CEO of Rivo AI
What the field test found
Rivo tested 394 Singapore property agents between October 16 and 19, 2026. Agents who replied personally took two hours and 14 minutes on average, while nearly one in three personal replies took more than an hour and 19 percent took over four hours.
The longest recorded wait was 27 hours. About one in five daytime enquiries went unanswered, based on an average of the no-response rates for Singapore and overseas phone numbers. Only half of agents contacted from overseas numbers replied personally.
Rivo describes the test as a non-random study, so it offers a snapshot of response patterns rather than a representative estimate for the whole industry. The numbers still point to a simple problem. Buyers message several agents at once and go with whoever replies first.
Tested on a live campaign
The service was already tested in a live campaign at Lentor Gardens, a condominium development in Singapore. Rivo says its system handled more than 200 buyer conversations, identified 79 qualified leads and booked four property viewings without human involvement.
Singapore’s housing market gives the timing some weight. HDB resale transactions rose 19.5 percent quarter on quarter to 7,645 in the third quarter of 2026, and Singapore had 36,816 registered property agents as of January 2026.
Availability and pricing
Both assistants are now available to Singapore property agents with a 30-day free trial and no setup fee or lock-in period. The company’s Starter plan costs $99 per month after the trial, according to its website.
