Presentations.AI Lets Other Apps Build Branded Decks With a White-Label API

Presentations.AI has opened its presentation engine to other software companies. The company announced a white-label presentation generator and a presentation generation API on November 1, 2026. Partners can now add deck creation to their own products instead of building a slide engine from scratch.

The launch targets software platforms, agencies and AI agents that need to turn stored business information into slides. A partner sends content and brand instructions through the API and receives an editable presentation within a minute. The output stays inside the partner product, so users never open a separate tool.

What partners get

The API turns prompts, documents, structured data and website content into branded decks. Output arrives as native editable PowerPoint files or Google Slides, with PDF, PNG, JPEG, HTML and JSON also available. Recipients can revise text, shapes and other supported elements in PowerPoint after generation.

White-label output removes Presentations.AI branding from generated decks, so files carry the partner brand or the end customer brand. Brand Sync reads logos, colours and fonts from a company website and applies that identity across every slide. A partner can hold separate brand profiles for different customers or product lines.

For business software, the appeal is the content already sitting inside the partner product. A CRM holds account and opportunity information, a customer success platform holds adoption metrics, and a financial advisory tool holds portfolio data. The API turns that stored information into client-ready decks without a separate design step.

“Software companies already have the content their customers need for presentations. They should be able to turn that content into slides without building an entire presentation engine,” said Sumanth Raghavendra, chief executive and co-founder of Presentations.AI.

Built for recurring decks

Presentation Refresh connects decks to business data sources and regenerates them as that data changes. Supported sources include Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Sheets, Tableau, Looker, Mixpanel, Snowflake and BigQuery. Refresh can run daily, weekly or monthly, on demand, or when a configured data trigger fires.

Each refresh costs 10 credits per slide, including slides whose content did not change. Developer controls include OAuth 2.0 authentication, API key management, role-based access, audit logs and webhooks. A CRM can trigger deck creation when an opportunity reaches a stage. Multi-tenant workspaces keep customer content, brand and permissions separate.

Three approval modes cover organisations that must review generated content before it goes out. Automatic generation can route decks for final sign-off, slide-level approval can hold selected sections for review, and full review can hold every change. Version tracking and change logs let teams compare versions and see what changed.

Pricing and availability

API pricing uses credits at a standard rate of $0.01 per credit, with standard generation taking 10 credits per slide. That works out at $0.10 per generated slide, with a 50 percent launch discount cutting the rate to $0.05 per slide for three months.

Monthly API packages start at $49, and white-label output is available at the Growth tier and above, with pricing on request. API pricing sits apart from individual and team subscriptions, and API credits do not carry over between billing periods.

The Singapore-headquartered company says more than 12 million users create presentations on its platform. It was founded by Sumanth Raghavendra and five co-founders and is backed by Accel and Together Fund. The API and white-label offering are available now, with developer documentation linked from the company site.

Professor Derpy's Notes

Ten credits a slide sounds fair until I remember my own decks cost entire afternoons. At five cents on discount, I may finally outsource procrastination.
